MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Respecting the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we cannot allow children under the age of 13 to open an account on Shad Music Academy. Children between the ages of 13 and 18 must have a parent or guardian present when using Shad Music Academy.
LANGUAGE:
Our goal at Shad Music Academy is to provide music lessons for Farsi(Persian) speaking individuals therefore all or most of our courses are taught in Farsi (Persian).
USERNAME & PASSWORD:
You agree to be the sole user of the username and password at Shad Music Academy, and to protect it. You must notify Shad Music Academy if you believe your account has been compromised or breached.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
The staff at Shad Music Academy, and all of our educators have worked very hard to create and produce the content the educational materials and services available on Shad Music Academy. All of our learning tools, products and services are protected by U.S. and International copyrights, patents, and/or third party licenses. You agree that you will not reproduce, record, re-sell, copy, share, distribute, publish, use our logos, branding, educational learning tools, products or services, and self-publishing tools or any other form of intellectual property of Shad Music Academy, for any personal and/or commercial or promotional use, without our express written permission from us.
RECURRING FEES, CHARGES & BILLING:
By submitting your credit card, debit card, or Stripe or PayPal information, and associating that information with your Shad Music Academy account, you authorize Shad Music Academy to process your purchase accordingly. For monthly or annual memberships for a product or service, you understand and authorize Shad Music Academy to automatically renew your subscription until cancelled.
CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@shadmusicacademy.com up to 30 days before your next billing cycle. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund; however your membership access and benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
FUTURE AGREEMENT UPDATES:
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Shad Music Academy reserves the right to update, revise, or otherwise alter the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, at any time, with notice provided in your Shad Music Academy account. Your continued use of Shad Music Academy website, its products and services following posting of a change notice or new agreement will constitute your binding acceptance of the changes.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Shad Music Academy, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Shad Music Academy's Privacy Policy.
